Tools tab

The Tools tab is the launchpad for things you do with the client’s data — fill a form, run an Attorney Level Intelligence Review, generate a mandamus packet, export the file. Everything here is scoped to this client; nothing spills over to anyone else.

Form fill shortcuts

The first section is a grid of the forms you most commonly file for clients in this practice area. Click one and Fola opens the filling flow with this client already selected.

If the form you need isn’t on the shortcut grid, click Form catalog to browse all 176 forms — anything you fill once becomes a shortcut here for next time.

AI helpers

Three buttons that act on the client’s current state:

• AI Autofill — generates a one-shot draft of a chosen form from the Identity tab + any uploaded intake responses. Best for “first pass” — you’ll still want to walk through the draft to confirm.
• Three Attorney Level Intelligence Review — runs the most recent draft for this client through the pre-filing review (40-trigger RFE-likelihood checklist). Returns a report with each likely RFE category and what to add to the packet to prevent it.
• Generate mandamus — produces a complete federal-court mandamus complaint packet when USCIS has held the case unreasonably long. $79 per generation; demo plan doesn’t include this.

AI helpers count against your monthly cap

Each AI helper run counts against your firm’s monthly AI quota. Check My AI Usage (link in the workspace nav) before you run multiple back-to-back on the same client.

Bulk actions

For long matters with lots of forms or evidence, these save real time:

• Export full client packet — bundles every completed form, every uploaded document, and the signed consents into a single zip + index PDF. Use this when transferring a matter to a new firm, or for end-of-engagement records.
• Bulk-print — generates a print-ready PDF stack of every finalized form for this client. Useful for mail filings.
• Send all-files link — generates a one-time, expiring link the client can use to download their own packet (e.g. they want copies for their records).

Concierge actions

If your firm has Concierge service active for this client, the bottom of the tab adds three more buttons:

• Send mail packet — hands off the printing + mailing job to Fola’s Concierge service. USPS tracking auto-polls.
• Schedule biometrics reminder — fires an email to the client N days before their ASC appointment.
• Request live review — books a 15-min call with a Fola filing reviewer for last-eyes before submission.
