Getting started — the 7-day series

The fastest path from “we signed up” to “the whole firm is using Fola on real cases” is seven short articles, one per day. Each one is ~5 minutes of reading and ~10 minutes of doing.

Day 1 — Orientation

Find your way around the workspace, meet Ask Fola, set the dark/light theme. Start →

Day 2 — Building your team

Invite each attorney, paralegal, and admin. Pick the right role. Read →

Day 3 — Your first client

Add a client profile, send the intake link, watch the responses land in your Documents tab. Read →

Day 4 — Trying the demo

Run an end-to-end form fill on a sample client. Understand what the demo watermark means and what the caps look like. Read →

Day 5 — Your firm brand

Org name, logo, cover letterhead, email templates, consent templates, PDF password lock. Read →

Day 6 — Credentials

Bar numbers, contact info, attorney/paralegal credentials that flow into every form’s signature block. Read →

Day 7 — AI quotas

Pool vs per-member budgets, overage credit, reallocating mid-cycle when one attorney has a big filing week. Read →

  • A Fola Form account. If you signed up through folaform.com, you’re on the 365-day demo plan by default — plenty of room to walk through every step in this series before deciding on a paid tier.
  • ~90 minutes total, spread across the week. Each day stands on its own; you can also batch them on a single afternoon if you’d rather set everything up at once.
  • One real or sample client you can use as a test case in Day 3 / Day 4. The platform’s demo account works fine here; no production data needed.

If this is your first time logging in, head to Day 1 — Orientation.

If you’re past setup and looking for a specific feature, the product reference maps every surface in the workspace.
